We’re Hiring – Retail Store Manager | Electronics
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our electronics store and drive sales, customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the store to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team to deliver strong performance.
- Monitor sales KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business targets.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and effectively handle customer concerns.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, stock loss and stock ageing.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and housekeeping.
- Monitor store expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational standards.
- Analyse sales and commercial reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Drive product knowledge and selling skills across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5–7 years of retail experience, preferably within electronics/consumer technology as a store Manager
- Proven experience managing a high-volume retail store and sales team.
- Good knowledge of electronics products, technology trends and consultative selling will be an advantage.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 – QAR6,200.00 per month
