Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple hypermarket branches.
- Ensure all branches achieve their sales, operational, and profitability targets.
- Monitor and analyze branch KPIs, sales performance, expenses, and operational results.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Branch Managers and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, stock accuracy, shrinkage, and waste.
- Improve customer experience and ensure high standards of service across all branches.
- Develop and implement operational improvement plans to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotions, pricing, merchandising, and company initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure operational standards are maintained.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in hypermarket, supermarket, or retail operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches in the retail sector.
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Senior Branch Manager.
- Strong experience in managing Branch Managers and large operational teams.
- Solid knowledge of sales, inventory management, shrinkage, waste control, merchandising, and profitability.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to travel between branches as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 – ﷼30,000.00 per month
