We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships in the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
* Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
* Attend meetings, networking events, and industry activities to represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media agencies.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer campaigns is a plus.
* Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Job Details:
Location: Riyadh
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
Two days off per week
