We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in commercial projects within landscaping or technical works. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role and a proven ability to manage large-scale operations, teams, and project execution effectively.
This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for commercial technical and landscaping projects
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution
- Monitor project costs, resources, and material usage
- Prepare operational reports and support senior management in decision-making
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in commercial landscaping or technical works projects
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction and landscaping practices
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
