We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Tadbeer Center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational processes, compliance with UAE regulations, excellent customer service, and effective management of recruitment and domestic worker services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Tadbeer Center.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE and Tadbeer regulations and policies.
- Supervise office staff and recruitment coordinators.
- Monitor recruitment processes for domestic workers from sourcing to deployment.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies.
- Manage customer service and resolve client complaints.
- Ensure timely processing of employment contracts, visas, Emirates ID, and medical procedures.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Control operational costs and improve efficiency.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate employees.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
- Develop strategies to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a Tadbeer Center, manpower supply, or recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE/Tadbeer procedures.
- Experience managing recruitment operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
