Job Summary
The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities, coordinating workers, and ensuring that civil works are completed according to approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction crews.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor productivity.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect completed work and resolve construction issues on site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available as required.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
- Monitor proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and report delays, risks, and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and company procedures.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and workmanship.
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and HSE requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
