Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage core HR operations for a leading hypermarket group in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and proven experience handling high-volume recruitment within the retail or hypermarket industry in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration
- Handle high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee payroll management and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement employee retention and engagement strategies
- Support employee development and performance enhancement initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, memos, and official correspondence.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Oversee staff accommodation and transportation arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination and timely issue resolution.
- Manage the renewal process for labor contracts and employee visas, ensuring timely submissions and compliance in collaboration with PRO support.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels.
