Construction Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Modular General Contracting
- Carry out land and construction surveys for residential and infrastructure projects.
- Perform setting out for roads, utilities, buildings, and other civil works.
- Prepare and verify survey reports, layouts, and as-built surveys.
- Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment, including Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related instruments.
- Verify site levels, boundaries, and coordinates.
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
- Assist the engineering team in resolving survey-related issues on site.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor in land construction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and surveying practices.
- Mandatory experience in residential and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per hour
