About Us:
We are a dynamic manufacturing company specializing in blinds and curtains. We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee and optimize our production, warehouse, purchasing, supply chain, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee and ensure smooth production processes, meeting quality and efficiency targets.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage inventory, streamline warehouse workflows, and ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Purchasing & Supply Chain: Negotiate with vendors, manage procurement, and ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, optimize delivery routes, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop strategies for operational excellence, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate teams across departments, ensuring high productivity and morale.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
- Experience in the blinds and curtain manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of production workflows, warehouse management, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in business management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
