Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement
- Promote and sell the company’s residential and commercial development projects.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct project presentations, property consultations, and client meetings.
- Understand clients’ investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and business partners.
Customer Journey & Closing
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to successful transaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding projects, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through professional service and timely follow-up.
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving sales targets.
Market Awareness & Reporting
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and project launches.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE real estate sales, preferably within developer or off-plan projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
