Leasing Property Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties, generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and present available properties to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documentation.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of property listings and client records.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close leasing transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and company objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate leasing.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
