Job description:
Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of manufacturing or operational processes & ensuring all raw materials and finished products meet the predefined quality standards and specifications within the organization. The quality controller is a crucial role in maintaining product standards, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and delivering high-quality goods to customers.
Responsibilities:
· Take samples of semi-finished products in the production process and test relevant quality indicators, record the results of each test, and generate test reports for archiving.
· Follow-up the quality control along the production line continuously and immediately report on the monitoring of any non-conformity on the production line.
· Ensure the highest standards are maintained in the quality lab equipment.
· Conduct the routine calibration of equipment, in-house as well as using third party certifications.
· Ensure the quality process and documentation is done according to the accredited internation standards.
· Cooperate with customers or third-party testing agencies in quality inspection and provide necessary documents, samples and testing data, etc.
· Ensure that the company’s quality standards, customer requirements, etc. are implemented and executed during the testing process.
· Conduct incoming material testing on purchased raw materials, packaging materials, etc. in accordance with the requirements of the process implementation documents to ensure that they meet the quality requirements provided by the supplier and the company’s internal standards.
· Matching the finished product before loading to the truck and following up the warehouses of the finished product and storage conditions of humidity, temperature etc.
· Finished product quality inspection: inspect the appearance, size and other indicators of finished products according to standards or specifications to ensure that the products meet the requirements.
· Sample management: responsible for the extraction, registration and storage of finished product samples to ensure the representativeness and integrity of the test samples.
· Data recording and reporting: accurately record the test results, prepare and archive the test reports to provide a basis for quality traceability.
· Problem feedback: timely report the quality problems found, assist in analyzing the causes and formulate improvement measures.
· Testing equipment maintenance: ensure the normal operation of the testing equipment, calibrate and maintain it on time.
Standard implementation: strictly abide by the quality management system and relevant regulations, and continuously improve the testing process and methods.
Experience:
· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or inspection roles within a manufacturing or production environment.
· Experience identifying quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
· Ability to analyse patterns in defect trends and recommend preventive measures to improve product quality.
· Proficient in maintaining detailed inspection logs, quality reports, and non-conformance documentation.
· Experience working collaboratively with other departments such as production, procurement, and R&D to resolve quality-related issues.
· Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) is a plus.
· Experience in contributing to enhance the inspection process and product quality.

Education:
· Bachelors/ Master’s degree in science.
