The Opportunity
Megacom Media is looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in spray painting, surface preparation, and finishing, particularly within signage, advertising structures, or related production environments. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent paint finishes on a variety of materials while ensuring proper equipment handling, maintenance, and adherence to safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming before painting
· Apply spray paint, coatings, and finishes on the required components
· Ensure even coverage, smooth finishes, and color accuracy
· Maintain and operate spray painting equipment and tools safely
· Inspect finished surfaces to identify and correct imperfections or defects
· Follow project specifications and ensure compliance with UAE construction safety and quality standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe painting workspace
· Collaborate with supervisors and construction teams to meet project deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Spray Painter, Construction Painter, or Painting Technician
· Knowledge of spray-painting techniques, coatings, and finishing methods
· Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and PPE usage
· Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality finishes under deadlines
· Strong attention to detail and precision in painting work
Preferred Qualifications
· Technical or vocational certification in Painting, Industrial Coatings, or Construction Trades
· Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and finishing standards
