Lead Generator / BDR (Remote Work with Employment Contract) Jobs in Saudi Arabia at Arabic Consultant
A Lead Generator/BDR position is available for a proactive individual focused on building a continuous pipeline of potential clients. This role emphasizes the quality of leads and their readiness to convert into actual sales opportunities, rather than merely the quantity of outreach efforts.
The work will be fully remote and will depend on performance and results without ties to working hours or attendance.
Nature of Work
- Fully remote work
- Working hours start from: 12 PM to 8 PM. All week days except Friday and Saturday are official holidays.
- Focus on results rather than activity
- Work environment relies on independence and dedication
- Performance will be evaluated based on the quality of qualified leads
Contract and Income System
- Official employment contract between the employee and the company
- No fixed salary at the beginning until actual results exceed 10,000 SAR
- Commission of 20% on each deal based on the clients generated and qualified
- No income cap
- The better the quality and quantity of qualified leads, the higher the income directly
Main Responsibilities
- Targeting the target segments for the company’s services (business owners and entrepreneurs)
- Searching for decision-makers within companies and communicating with them
- Executing professional communication operations via LinkedIn or email or others
- Providing a strong, clear, and concise introduction of the company’s services to the targeted clients
- Qualifying potential clients based on criteria (need – advantage – seriousness)
- Entering potential client data into the company’s CRM system
- Delivering qualified clients to the closing team
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
The employee is required to register all potential clients within the company’s CRM system.
The employee will be provided with his login details to access the official system portal, through which client data will be entered and updated.
Using the system includes:
- Accurate entry of potential client data
Referral and Tracking System
If the generated client completes a purchase, they are registered in the referral system and linked directly to the employee who generated them.
Final client data will be entered into the system to ensure accurate commission calculation and link results to actual performance.
