Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer Jobs in Saudi Arabia at Propel Consult
To lead and execute testing and commissioning activities across electrical and ELV systems for MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in LV/MV systems, ELV, and BMS/Controls, along with proven leadership capabilities to manage site teams and commissioning programs effectively. This role ensures all systems are commissioned in compliance with international standards and project requirements.
• Lead and manage end-to-end testing and commissioning (T&C) activities for MEP systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning schedules in line with project timelines.
• Oversee testing of LV/MV electrical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Manage commissioning of ELV systems including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.
• Supervise BMS/Controls systems testing, integration, and performance validation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth commissioning and handover.
• Support project handover, including documentation, client training, and snag resolution.
• Act as the technical point of contact for commissioning-related queries.
• Prepare and review method statements, test procedures, and commissioning documentation.
• Ensure all systems are tested and commissioned in accordance with international standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases.
• Lead site teams, ensuring proper resource allocation and productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
