Job Description – Joinery Site Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to oversee joinery installation activities at project sites across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supervising site operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality execution of joinery works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site joinery installation activities.
- Coordinate daily site operations and allocate work to installation teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage material requirements and coordinate deliveries to site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience as a Joinery Site Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of joinery installation, interior fit-out works, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret joinery shop drawings.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UAE health and safety standards.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
