We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Structural Steel & Metal Works to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in steel fabrication, erection, and metal works, including handrails, staircases, platforms, canopies, and related structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review IFC drawings and coordinate shop drawings.
- Prepare method statements, material submittals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the fabrication team and monitor site erection activities.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Conduct material take-offs and site measurements.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate between workshop and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in structural steel and metal works projects.
- Good knowledge of AISC, BS, and Eurocode standards.
- Hands-on experience in fabrication workshops and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE Driving License – Preferred.
