Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out Projects Jobs in Dubai at Nine7One Office Solution
We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with proven experience in interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, maximizing value, and ensuring financial efficiency across high-end interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure cost accuracy
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities on-site
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring best value procurement
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and variation orders
- Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs
- Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, designers, and site teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS software (e.g., CostX or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- UAE experience is highly preferred
