Property Consultant Jobs in Dubai at M & T Gulf
This is a full-time role based in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant should have 1 year or more experience and will be responsible for facilitating property buying, selling, and rental transactions, maintaining relationships with clients, advising on real estate investment opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The broker will work collaboratively with the company’s divisions and will occasionally have the flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage, Real Estate, and Real Property transactions
- Strong experience working with Western markets and clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
- Ability to identify investment opportunities and provide strategic real estate advice
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and relevant regulations a strong advantage
- RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
