Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Urologist to join a well-established healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi on a Revenue Sharing model. This opportunity is ideal for specialists who have an existing patient base or are confident in building their practice while enjoying flexible earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
- Perform outpatient consultations and comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries as per specialty and hospital privileges.
- Manage conditions including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, bladder diseases, and urological cancers.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and laboratory results.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DOH regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies, medical ethics, and UAE healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- MD/MS/DNB or equivalent specialization in Urology.
- Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong patient base.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Revenue Sharing Basis (No Fixed Salary).
- Attractive revenue-sharing percentage based on consultations, procedures, and surgeries.
- High earning potential based on individual performance and patient volume.
