Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
- Support troubleshooting of office IT equipment, printers, and POS systems.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Maintain IT inventory records and assist with procurement.
- Ensure compliance with basic IT security and backup procedures.
- Document technical issues and solutions for internal knowledge base.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Mac systems, and office applications.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
