Sales Executive – Auto Care (Car Wash & Detailing) Jobs in Doha at XTREME AUTO CARE
We are looking for an energetic, driven, and smart Sales Executive with auto care experience to join our team in Doha. This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships with offices and institutions across the city, generating leads, and closing deals for our car wash and detailing services.
Responsibilities
- Visit offices and institutions across Doha to market our car wash and detailing services and generate sales leads
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including corporate accounts, to drive repeat business
- Work closely with and support the Operations Team Associate to ensure smooth handover and execution of bookings/contracts
- Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions
Requirements
- Experience in the auto care industry (car wash, detailing, or related automotive services) preferred
- Energetic, active, and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Smart, presentable, and confident communicator
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred (for traveling between client sites)
- Comfortable working on a target-driven, commission-based structure
Compensation
- Basic salary plus allowance
- Attractive commission structure on top of basic salary based on sales performance
Pay: QAR1,500.00 – QAR2,000.00 per month
