Construction Manager Jobs in Abu Dhabi at United East Projects International Employment LLC
We are now looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for leading the on-site execution of the Solar Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Directly supervise site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure optimal productivity and progress.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of construction phases within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control, safety, and environmental standards.
- Report directly to the Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of site-based experience, including at least 3 years as a Construction Manager on building projects.
- Experience with a leading contracting company, preferably in the UAE/Abu Dhabi.
- Strong communication skills and command of English
