Position: General Technician
Salary: AED 2,500–4,000 per month (depending on experience)
Basic Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) maintenance.
- High school diploma, ITI, diploma, or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade.
- Relevant MEP or trade certifications will be an advantage.
Experience & Skills Required
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance in commercial, residential, industrial, or hospitality facilities.
- Experience in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of general facility maintenance practices.
- Experience in swimming pool maintenance will be an advantage.
- Experience in the maintenance of Reverse Cycle Heat Pump (RCHP) systems.
- Basic repair and maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, and piping systems.
- Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Replacement of switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and use testing equipment such as multimeters.
- Repair and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems.
- Installation and replacement of taps, valves, pipes, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
