HR Officer – Driver Recruitment Jobs in Dubai at first option delivery service
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our growing delivery company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in hiring delivery drivers and excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire delivery drivers.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new drivers.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified drivers.
- Coordinate with operations to understand manpower needs.
- Manage recruitment channels and maintain candidate databases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in driver recruitment in the UAE.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes is a plus.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Candidate with Own Visa is Preffered.
