We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Finance Business Partner to act as the strategic engine behind our commercial growth.
This is not a "back-office" role. You will be a visible leader, embedded within our operational teams to provide the financial clarity required to scale our reach across Qatar and the Middle East. You will turn data into strategy and strategy into results.
Your Mission
- Strategic Co-Pilot: Partner directly with the CEO and Department Heads to evaluate the financial feasibility of new training programs, consultancy contracts, and market expansions.
- Performance Engineering: Lead the month-end analysis, moving beyond reporting to provide deep-dive insights on product profitability, student acquisition costs, and resource utilization.
- Budgeting & Financial Modeling: Own the annual budgeting process and develop complex multi-year financial models to support 5-year strategic plans.
- Commercial Negotiation: Assist in the financial structuring of large-scale B2B contracts and government tenders, ensuring optimal margins and risk mitigation.
- Process Innovation: Drive the transformation of financial reporting through automation and the implementation of advanced BI tools.
- Capital Allocation: Oversee CAPEX requests and investment appraisals, ensuring every riyal spent aligns with our long-term growth objectives.
The Profile We’re Looking For
- Experience: 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 4 years in a Senior Business Partnering or Commercial Manager capacity. Experience in Professional Services, Engineering Consultancy, or Education is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Credentials: Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, or CPA is mandatory.
- Technical Savvy: Master-level Excel skills and high proficiency in Power BI/Tableau. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) is essential.
- Influence: A powerful communicator who can challenge the executive team and influence stakeholders who may not have a financial background.
