Job Title: Camp Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Camp Assistant to join our team in the UAE.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Camp Assistant.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working for construction companies managing large blue-collar workforces.
- Experience in camp administration, accommodation allocation, employee welfare, housekeeping coordination, and camp maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with HR, site teams, and service providers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with UAE labor accommodation standards is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the labor camp.
- Maintain employee accommodation records and room allocations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and catering services.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Address workers’ accommodation-related concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports and maintain camp documentation.
