Description- Need an Arabic Speaker
To manage the front desk operations by ensuring professional handling of visitors, calls, and administrative coordination. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, supporting showroom operations through effective communication, appointment coordination, and administrative assistance to the sales and design teams.
Industry Preference -Retail, hospitality, luxury showrooms, airlines, or service-oriented industries
Front Desk Management -Manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Visitor Handling -Receive and register visitors, guide them to the appropriate sales consultant or department, and maintain visitor records.
Call Management -Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Appointment Coordination -Schedule and manage appointments for showroom visits, client meetings, and design consultations.
CRM Data Entry-Record client details and inquiries in the CRM system for sales follow-up and reporting.
Administrative Support -Provide administrative support to the showroom team, including preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and organizing client records.
Showroom Coordination -Assist in maintaining showroom order, ensuring brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials are available.
Client Communication
Qualification -Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication, or related field
Experience -1–3 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles
