Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience handling client inquiries in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow up with clients regarding property bookings, documentation, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Assist clients with post-sales support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet the company’s quality and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service within the Dubai real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are an advantage.
