Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in high-end fit-out, renovation, and luxury projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of HNWIs, developers, consultants, and designers in Dubai and a proven track record of closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to target luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects.
Identify and engage with high-net-worth clients, real estate developers, interior designers, and architects.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, and client referrals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3-5+ years) in sales within the fit-out, renovation, and luxury interiors sector in Dubai.
Strong network and relationships with developers, designers, and consultants.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
