Assistant Accountant & Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant with knowledge of Social Media Management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on receivables and payables.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and files.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and publish content regularly.
- Respond to inquiries and messages received through social media platforms.
- Support administrative and office-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
