Assistant Accountant & Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant with knowledge of Social Media Management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accounting transactions and financial records.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on receivables and payables.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents and files.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and publish content regularly.
  • Respond to inquiries and messages received through social media platforms.
  • Support administrative and office-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
