Position: Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can manage operations, lead the team, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Lead and supervise staff performance
- Control food cost, inventory, and wastage
- Improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle scheduling and team coordination
- Manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations
- Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of P&L, food cost, and stock control
- Experience with delivery platforms (Talabat / online orders)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and team management skills
