As a Business Development Executive in our Contracting & Interior Fit-Out division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving the growth of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring that our projects meet client expectations and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contracting and interior fit-out market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Manage and track project pipelines, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services and build brand awareness.
Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Development Executive or similar role in contracting, interior fit-out, or construction industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead business development initiatives, including managing sales cycles and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license with own car.
- Knowledge of contracting, construction processes, and interior fit-out solutions is highly desirable.
- A degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
