We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-driven Waitress to deliver a high-quality guest experience that reflects our brand’s focus on precision, hospitality, and detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take accurate orders and provide menu recommendations, including drinks and desserts
- Serve beverages and food efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable responses about menu items
- Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and follow hygiene standards
- Support daily café operations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to service quality
- Willingness to learn about Japanese tea culture and café offerings
