We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and take full responsibility for the company’s financial operations.
Our company operates across multiple businesses, including construction, restaurants, cafés, and retail. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can improve cash flow, strengthen financial controls, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations and reporting.
- Monitor and improve cash flow.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Control company expenses and optimize costs.
- Supervise accounting and payroll processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Work closely with management on financial planning and business strategy.
- Develop financial policies and internal controls.
- Lead financial restructuring and improve overall business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Experience with business restructuring or turnaround is highly preferred.
- Experience in construction, restaurants, hospitality, or retail is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
