Position: Waiter / Cashier
About Us:
Halas Treats is a premium bakery and café experience with multiple branches across Doha. We take pride in delivering exceptional food, beverages, and customer service to every guest who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve food & beverages
- Assist with preparing and serving basic coffee drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service area
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer payments (cash, card, and delivery apps) accurately
- Assist customers with orders at the counter
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Provide information about menu items and promotions
- Support the team with basic coffee preparation when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B, café, or retail is a plus
- Basic knowledge in coffee making (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Transferable visa preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR4,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Food handler certification (Required)
