Quality Control Officer Jobs in Dubai at Almaeda Cereal Food Manufacturing LLC
- Apply and implement the standard procedure as per authority for food safety in Dubai and UAE
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
- Ensure maintenance and sanitation of the facility is in compliance with food safety requirements
- Collaborates with colleagues in Supply Chain, Operations and Quality functions to continually improve capability and process efficiency
- Make decisions concern product quality, including shutting down line when processes do not conform to specifications
- Develop product formulation sheets for new products
- Perform analytical tests, inspections and monitoring of incoming raw materials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance
- Worked on the assembly lines, production and delivery of steam lines on the sufficient amount of experience for installation of steam traps and connections for each line
Requirement: Must have 3 years experience in UAE; knowledge with ISO and HACCP
