Job Description
What you will be doing:
Provide a friendly, personalised welcome and attentive service to guests, adapting to their needs and constraints
Establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
Prepare and maintain the restaurant, including point of sale and preparation areas
Deliver efficient waiter service, including knowledge of dish composition and handling any shortages
Recommend and promote F&B and bar offers, as well as other hotel services
Contribute to meeting department targets by respecting procedures and internal audits
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace, adhering to HACCP regulations
Ensure proper care of equipment, crockery, and appliances
Apply hotel security regulations and safety guidelines for all equipment used
Convey an attitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Good command of written and spoken English communication skill.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
Guest oriented, service minded and attention to quality
Dynamic personality
Thorough and organised approach
