Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen, with strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine. The role includes supervising kitchen staff, preparing and presenting authentic Mediterranean dishes, maintaining consistent food quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Sous Chef assists with menu development, recipe standardization, inventory management, food cost control, and staff training. Need to lead the kitchen during service, ensure smooth operations in the Executive Chef’s absence, and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience through high-quality Mediterranean cuisine.
