Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Oversee and coordinate food and beverage operations across all branches and hospitality units.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate operational performance and service standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between operations, kitchen, purchasing, warehouse, finance, HR, marketing, and quality departments.

Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences to support business decisions.
  • Participate in expansion projects, new branch openings, and concept development.

Menu Development & Product Innovation

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and standardization of menus across all brands and branches.
  • Collaborate with chefs, culinary teams, and marketing departments to introduce innovative products and seasonal offerings.
  • Review menu engineering, pricing strategies, and product profitability.
  • Ensure menu items meet customer expectations, market trends, and company quality standards.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on sales analysis and customer feedback.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
  • Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions to achieve profitability targets.
  • Review pricing structures and recommend adjustments when required.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost-control measures.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all locations.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Food Safety teams to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational excellence.
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and operational teams.
  • Establish performance objectives and monitor KPIs.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between branches and head office departments.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
  • Ensure effective execution of company initiatives and operational projects across all branches.
  • Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for senior management.

Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED7,500.00 per month
