- Welcome guests courteously and ensure a warm five-star dining experience
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
- Take orders accurately and recommend food, beverages, and wine pairings
- Serve food and beverages according to luxury service standards and timing
- Ensure tables are immaculately set, clean, and maintained throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service
- Handle guest concerns discreetly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and service team for seamless operations
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards
- Assist in opening, closing, and mise-en-place duties
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a five-star hotel or luxury restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
- Strong grooming standards and professional appearance
- Knowledge of fine-dining service, food & beverage etiquette, and wine basics
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented, guest-focused, and service-driven attitude

Pay: AED1,350.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
