Position: Chef / Food Production Cook (Female / Male)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef / Food Production Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food preparation, production processes, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee daily food production activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor raw materials, inventory, and production schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of production areas and equipment.
Ensure products meet company quality requirements and customer expectations.
Coordinate with management to improve production efficiency and minimize waste.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food production, catering, or manufacturing.
Experience as a Chef, Production Chef, or in a similar role.
Knowledge of Basic Food Safety, and Hygiene standards.
Ability to manage production and work under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in frozen food, desserts, or beverage production is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
