Key Responsibilities:
– Create, review, and refine a variety of financial documents in German, ensuring accuracy and real-world fidelity.
– Develop and format complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Apply deep finance knowledge to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues within documents.
– Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
– Provide high-quality, precise data and content that supports the training and evaluation of AI models.
– Communicate clearly and professionally through both written and verbal channels.
– Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices in data security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, with a strong background in handling, creating, or reviewing financial documents.
– Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, particularly within the Fortune 500 environment.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
– Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured documents.
– Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Based in the US, with familiarity working across international and multicultural teams.
– Previous experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or technology-driven projects.
– Advanced certifications in finance or related disciplines.
