We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Finance Manager / FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities.
- Partner with department heads to monitor budgets and improve financial performance.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support cash flow planning, working capital management, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting standards.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and ERP experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
