Position – Site Engineer – Steel Structure (Fabrication & Erection)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate steel structure fabrication and erection activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower productivity, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Production, QA/QC, HSE, Consultants, and Clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review fabrication and erection drawings and identify potential clashes or technical issues.
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and support MIR/WIR inspections.
- Coordinate material delivery, storage, and site logistics to avoid project delays.
- Monitor and enforce HSE requirements and safe work practices on site.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and project progress reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones within budget and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects.
- Mandatory experience in structural steel fabrication, erection, and installation works.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, MIR/WIR documentation, and project reporting.
- Good understanding of construction safety standards and HSE requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 – ﷼7,000.00 per month
