Job Description – Waitress
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage items.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
- Attend to customer requests and resolve concerns politely.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Clear and clean tables after customers finish their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Process bills and payments when required.
- Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
