Admin Assistant -Arabic Speaker Jobs in Doha at NRG
We are looking for a Admin Assistant (Arabic) with the following requirements to support our operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration in or in any related management field.
- 2-3 years minimum in hospitality management with exposure to operational fields and human resources management
- Locally available candidates
- Native Arabic speakers
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up HR requirements and database on site.
- Prepare time sheets of the employees.
- Coordination of staff movements for HR requirements, arrival and departures of employees in the country.
- Payroll distribution.
- Ensure the follow up of the given KPI responsibility.
- Ensure whatever assisting role that may be asked by the site manager.
- Report any incident, accident & unsafe act to the management.
- Creating & completing personal files for new employees following Newrest & Client requirements. All files to be updated monthly as per Client KPI’s.
- Help to dispatch all the joining formalities to staff at site & ensure to collect them back after signatures.
- Execute reports to HR Dept upon request.
- Responsible for all Admin requirements & reports as requested by the Client.
- Responsible for supporting monthly Client HR & people audits.
- Arranging monthly Welfare activities for all employees with the Site Manager.
- Scheduling of vehicles daily in liaison with the Site Manager & Department Heads.
- Active involvement in managing Staff events.
- Support with Managerial administration work when required.
- Ordering of staff meals as per Company Policy.
- Minute taking and distribution for meetings.
- Key contact point for employees to support with queries.
- Regular update of all Location Notice Boards.

- Admin assistant: 2 years (Required)

Pay: QAR1,000.00 – QAR3,000.00 per month
