Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman (Structural ) to supervise and coordinate construction site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and efficient site management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Allocate tasks and ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any construction issues
- Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate site records including labor attendance, progress reports, and daily logs
- Enforce safety measures and ensure workers follow all health and safety protocols
- Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating site logistics
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, site supervision, and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and machinery
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
- UAE experience and driving license (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2500 onwards per month
