Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and design effective training programs tailored to organizational goals.
- Develop training materials and deliver engaging training sessions for employees across various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and create strategies for employee development.
- Maintain training records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.
