As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, identifying business trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management
- Develop financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Any finance certification ACCA / CMA / CPA
- 3+ years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or similar analytical role (preferably in retail or trading sectors)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Zoho etc)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
