Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Joinery Supervisor with proven UAE interior fit-out and joinery supervision experience. The role involves supervising factory production and site installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise joinery fabrication and installation works at factory and site
- Manage carpenters, polishers, machine operators, and subcontractors
- Interpret shop drawings, IFC drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, and procurement teams
- Monitor materials, production output, and site progress
- Conduct quality checks for woodwork, veneers, laminates, solid wood, and finishes
- Enforce HSE compliance and UAE safety regulations
- Resolve joinery-related technical and site issues
- Prepare daily progress reports and attend coordination meetings
Requirements (Indeed Keywords Optimized):
- 5–8 years experience in the UAE as a Joinery Supervisor (mandatory)
- Strong background in interior fit-out and joinery works
- Knowledge of joinery manufacturing, CNC machines, edge banding, polishing, and finishing
- Experience handling factory production and site installation
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
